looking to rent out a room in my beautiful home 1800 sq. ft 2 car garage,laundry room,huge kitchen & living room,big back patio with ceiling & fans,LODI lake is only 3 blocks away,wooded park across the street. 420 friendly. 1 person only(no couples or families) only $500 a month,on a month to month basis,but lookin for someone who wants to stay awhile. available immediately I ALSO HAVE A BOAT and go out regularly !!!! fringe benefits i also own my own little biz " SURF & TURF" DELIVERY i've got the best seafood(lobster,crab,shrimp,fish) really good steaks!!! my freezers always full..... BBQ's.... & i know how to cook a feast!!!!
