Returning Student Looking for Room

Description

My name is Veronica, or Ronnie for short, and I am currently looking for a room-for-rent in Oceanside, CA. I am a clean and respectful person, who always pays my rent on-time. I am an older returning student and currently attend Mira Costa College as a Music Technology major. I consider myself to be professional, as I am extremely dedicated to my college classes and eventually aspire to become a transfer student at UCSD. I love animals and have two cats that I want to bring with me into any living situation. I am a quiet individual, who keeps mostly to myself. I am respectful and courteous of those around me. I am a healthy individual. I appreciate exercise, fitness, and healthy eating. I DO NOT drink alcohol, smoke, or use any other drugs, and am firmly committed to improving both my physical and mental health. I enjoy Yoga, Martial Arts, the outdoors, and watching television, on occasion. I would prefer housing on or near the beach and near the Sprinter station; however, I am open to ALL Oceanside locations.

My budget for housing is approximately $600, including utilities . I also require that I live with other female(s) only, no males. Please me if you think I may be a fit for you. I look forward to hearing from any and all interested individuals.
