Description

We have a house in the area of Garland near Bass Pro that we are searching for a roommate to rent one room beginning soon.

You'd have a fully furnished room (about 12.5"x10.25") which includes: queen size bed, desk with chair, dresser, end table, a 50" TV and surround sound. You would share a full size bathroom with TWO OTHER MALE roommates. There is a back yard with pool that you'd have a private entrance to, spacious living room with 70" TV, a nice sized kitchen if you like to cook, a bbq grill on the deck, laundry room, ultra high speed internet. Plenty of kitchen, fridge/freezer, and pantry space available.

We are looking for someone who will be respectful of our house. We provide a drug-free, child free environment. Someone in a professional job would be perfect.

Our room is available for one year. Rent is $500 per month plus $180 for utilities as listed below. Deposit is TBD. If you're interested, message with your phone number and name.
