Home is located within a mile of ASU, right by the I-10 and North L-202 freeways for an easy commute. Lots of great shops located within a few miles and it is a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Remodeled, cozy, tile throughout and beautifully redone kitchen. Home comes with high speed internet and cable with additional channels (Cox), and utilities are included up to a reasonable amount. I'm a professional accountant in my mid twenties and pretty active outside of work and would love the same from roommates, although students are fine too. I'm very easy going, goofy and nice, but like to keep things clean (not perfect) and orderly and I'm looking for the same type of roommates. I have two (everyone tells me they're "adorable") small dogs that are really sweet and there is a dog door so they don't require any maintenance or attention. I'm hesitant to allow any other animals to avoid upsetting the balance, but will consider. me at if you'd like more information.
