Hi. I'm looking to fill one, maybe two rooms in my 3 bedroom, 2&1/2 bath town home. A small fenced in backyard allows to be outside with some privacy. All the bedrooms are on the second floor , as are the two full bathrooms. One bathroom is in the master bedroom, which it's possible to move into. I expect you to pitch in on household chores. Rent is $400 for the smaller room and $500 for the master, which is the size of a small studio by itself. The house also has a full size kitchen and laundry and a big living room with a plasma mounted on the wall. Looking for a long term 6-12 month lease. There are cats and a dog that live in the house but no litter boxes as the cats are indoor/outdoor; they do have a pet door that's always there for them. Look forward to having a roommate with a full time job, or a full time student. We are 20 and 30 somethings, we are nature friendly, use all natural cleaners, and keep the house around 78-82 degrees. There's a rice cooker, tile floors, wood doors, a pool, fitness center (sort of), close to Metrocenter, grocery stores, and the light rail.
