Security deposit of $700 will be returned minus damages. The house is 2002 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The bedroom is 10x10. We could sell/rent you a queen memory foam bed or a full-size futon with an innerspring mattress and a couple Ikea dressers. All utilities are covered, plus Comcast Triple Play with Extreme 105 Internet. We can add a cable box to your room for an extra $10/month. We have a full security system with cameras and 24/7 monitoring. We have nothing worth stealing, but it's good to be safe! We are responsible for maintaining our driveway & lawn. We have a schedule for this & the rest of the household chores. We're a few minutes from Fox Valley Mall & Metra BNSF train. We're less than a mile from a HUGE bike/walking trail that wraps around a pond & forest preserve.
