I can also purchase either a projector or a small, wall mountable screen to add some creature comforts. Please let me know if you are interested in a pre-furnished tiny bedroom, and I will do my best to set the space for you. This room is also available as an add-on to my other listing, which shares a wall with this room and is slightly bigger. If you are in need of an extra office space, or a kids room, we can negotiate the cost of renting both rooms. This is a two bath apartment with washer and dryer, dish washer and balcony. My lease is up in March, but I need to move back to my hometown as soon as possible. The apartment is shared with two lovely young ladies, ages nineteen and twenty, and a cat named Poogie ( very sweet, the LOML, loves to cuddle ).
