I have my own car, can cook but mostly order take out. a neat freak so my space will always be organized and clean. I prefer to wash dishes as soon as I'm done with them to avoid any problems as well as cleaning up behind myself over all. If you looking for a responsible roommate that won't be in your hair, I would say I'm a perfect candidate!
