Centrally located near Desert Inn and Decatur. 10-15 minutes from airport and UNLV. The monthly rent is $1225/month including utilities. Cleaning/damage deposit $600 (non-refundable). Available immediately. UNFURNISHED. Tenant pays for internet and phone service. Washer & dryer forthcoming.
