The home is in a 4-bedroom town-home located one block from San Diego Bay and within two blocks of three high-end Italian and Thai restaurants. Shelter Island is next door, tons of great restaurants. Also within walking distance are a couple of fun bars. 5 minutes - traffic-free drive to the airport.

Additionally, within a short walking range are several banks, the post office, the barber/hairstylist, and Ralph's.

Included in the rent are all utilities.

I have lived here for over a dozen years and enjoy the Point Loma community. There are three of us currently between the ages of twenty-8 and thirty-5 (the program doesnt allow me to add numbers?) . We like to go out to get drinks and Petco to watch the Padres occasionally. Two roommates are gone working all day, and I work in project finance from home.

A deposit equivalent to a month's rent is required. Month-to-month is available.
