The house is newly renovated with central a/c and heat. Utilities included in rent are electric, gas, water, WiFi. The room features a queen size bed, Beautiful wood floors and two very sunny windows. The shared spaces are bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen. Laundry facilities and very private backyard with bbq and fire pit. Block from main St. 5 mins to Orange train station, nyc min. by train or car. Montclair university miles away, seton hall not far either. This is a quiet household. I have 3 dogs very friendly they stay with me out of the way but if you have allergies this might not work for you.
