Available “April 1st”

Description

I'm currently looking for a roommate for my apartment in Miami, West Kendall, located behind the Miami Executive Airport. The room will be available starting in April, The apartment is undergoing minor renovations at the moment.

The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a balcony, and Xfinity WiFi. For security, there are cameras on the balcony and one in the living room to monitor my dog, who is recovering from a broken leg and torn ligament. The AC is always set to °F for comfort.

This is a gated community with access to multiple pools, dog parks, tennis courts, and a gym.

Please note, I kindly request that candles or diffusers not be used in the room.

Everything in the pictures will be removed we are using it for storage do to the renovations.

HOA will require a payment of two hundred for a car decal and to download an app to get access to the community.
