I’m looking for a roommate to share my three-story townhouse located in Beautiful, San Elijo Hills. Available March 1st.

 Centrally located in the town Square close to hiking trails, park,  bar, restaurants, grocery store, and much more all within feet walking distance.

The room is on the smaller side so best suited for someone who does not have a lot of stuff. Storage for a small amount of items is ok in the garage .

- $ rent plus one month security deposit.
- no couples/significant other/ child sleepovers.
- Utilities included 
-Full use of house / kitchen use/ storage for items.
- bedroom is furnished with private bathroom.
****Hypoallergenic dog will be considered with additional fee.
-very friendly, no cigarettes please.
- proof of income required.(pay stub)
