Looking for someone to take over my current lease of my apartment. My moving situation changed rather quickly and I’m in need ASAP of someone to take over the remainder of the lease. Located in Castle Pines right off the Castle Pines Parkway Exit of I-. In unit washer and dryer. Large kitchen island and TONS of storage for an apartment. Current lease you’d be taking over is until the end of May but can be renewed! No security deposit will be needed as I paid it when I moved in and it stays with the apartment. And only a $ application fee is needed.
