I have a private room available starting Feb 1st. Single occupant only.

* a year old female and have a year old daughter. We have school and work early so no loud music or parties. Absolutely no drugs or drama. Looking for someone who is respectful and cleans up after themselves.

*Shared bath, kitchen, and living room. A washer/dryer would be available to you.

* Smoking prohibited to outside only

*Sorry NO pets (unless it's in a tank or something 😊
