Relocating

My name is George,
I am looking to relocate to McKinney Texas as soon as April.
I hope to find a roommate at this location or get a room and roommate myself.
Under rent range: I can afford up to a month alone.

Under smoking: I only smoke cigars once a week and usually in social settings.
Aside from rent months in advance I will be looking for a fulltime job as well in the area.
