ISO roommates for entire house

Description

Hey everyone I’m Charlie and I’m planning on moving soon and would like to find a roommate or roommates who want to rent an entire place with me. I’m looking towards getting a 3 bedroom with minimum 2 bathrooms and plenty of parking. I’m trying to keep the location mainly in aiea/ pearl city and salt lake as well. A bit about me is I’m in the Navy, I enjoy working on cars and I’m also a bit of a nerd who plays MTG. I’m also an amateur carpenter and trying to be a jack of all trades. I’m a very clean person but I will say I have a bad habit of keeping my tools out in the garage, I’m working on it. Ideally I’d like to room with people, I’m fine with couples and may have my own girlfriend move in at a later date depending on other things. The price range for houses I’m looking at is k so if you’re by yourself or a couple taking up one room I’d ask for about plus splitting utilities. Depending on the house price that can go down. I’m also willing to pay more for the master bedroom. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in please let me know.
