We are a married couple in our 30s with an overly friendly female mixed chocolate brown lab. We are looking for someone to share our 1800 sqft home with from 3 to 6 months. We have two rooms available for you to choose, a smaller room priced at $650, while a slightly larger furnished room priced at $700 per month. We are working professionals who work standard morning to evenings shifts and are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and respectful that can get along with our dog. We are not looking for couples, smokers, or people with pets (sorry). We are only looking for one roommate to share this 3 bedrooms, two-bathroom house not two.

We live in an HOA community, you will have a driveway to park in front of the house and access to the community pool and gym which is walking distance from the house.
