Currently looking for someone to replace me in my apartment due to me having a child on the way & relocating to Norfolk to be closer to work (and to avoid traffic lol). There is one other female living in the apartment, so a female roommate is ideal. Rent & utilities are split both ways. Rent is $365/mo. Water & electric is based off of usage, roughly comes out around $90. Washer & dryer is included in the apartment. One bathroom.
