Greetings! My partner and I are renting out a room in our home, situated in Athmar Park!

The rent is $ per month, covering utilities including electricity, water, and trash, excluding wifi, which is available at an additional cost of $ per month. A deposit of $ is necessary.

My partner (M) are easy-going and looking for a tenant who is peaceful, quiet, and clean. We work standard daytime hours and often cook. We occasionally entertain friends or family, but generally prefer a quiet lifestyle.

We have pets, a dog and a cat, that are friendly and well-behaved. We are willing to accommodate additional pets, provided they get along with ours.

The room comes furnished with a bed, which we can remove if unnecessary.

We live in a calm neighborhood that has plenty of access to street parking. Only minutes away from downtown, close to i, and a mile and half from a Safeway. There are a couple bus stops nearby as well.
