I'm looking for an individual roommate for my house in South Aurora. It's 1600sq/ft house with fairly big back yard. One Bedroom for rent, two bathrooms. Recently remodeled house. 10 minutes from Light Rail, 15 minutes from DTC, 25 from Denver City, 20 minutes from DIA. Quiet neighborhood. Layed back neighbors. House mostly furnished, plenty of storage. Not a party house, but can handle an occasional one, or gathering.

There is one bedroom available. Roughly 18x10 ft + closet
House is fully furnished except for Bedroom
Looking for someone to stay for minimum of 6 month
Utilities typically run about $80/person
