We have a room for rent in our large home. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet and private entrance through the yard. The bathroom is shared with a professional woman who also rents a room. There are 2 other half baths in the home which are available. We are a family of 3 plus our friend/roommate. Our child is and only here time. We have 1 large and friendly dog. The beach is an easy minute walk or 2 min drive and we are very accessible to the freeway. There is a wonderful kitchen which we are happy to share just not have taken over. We have wifi and cable. The room has a nice wood deck out the private entrance that overlooks the yard. We are looking for someone responsible and clean. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We travel a lot. Street parking only, only loading or unloading in driveway.
