Hi everyone, I just finished renovations on a studio apartment that is 4 blocks from DU (Evans and Humboldt). Clean and new and we are looking for our first tenant. The spaces is about four hundred and twenty sq/ft, not including the extra storage space. Walk-in shower, utilities are included (includes WiFi). Access to the shared yard, free in-unit laundry, street parking, pets allowed. I'm open to short term leases for the Winter or Spring quarters.
