We all get along great, communicate openly, have lived together for a while, and are looking for the right person to share this nice space with us. Showings available immediately.

Home Details: The room is $825 mo + $50 utilities, which includes high-speed internet, shared use of storage in the garage and throughout the house, laundry room, large kitchen, living room, and back yard. The room shares a large full bathroom and an additional half bath with two other roomates. The available room is being painted, so the room image shown is of another similar bedroom.

You: We're looking for someone who is responsible, clean, considerate, and doesn't bring drama into our house. We are considerate, clean up after ourselves, and communicate openly with each other; we expect the same from you.

About Us: Two of us are engineers and one works at a non-profit ( females). We all work regular Mon-Fri schedules for the most part. Good proximity to I-, close to Northern Nevada Medical Center, Legends Outlets, two of us commute to USA Parkway every day.

First months rent, deposit, and last months rent due on move-in. There will be a background check, and employment verification. Open to well-behaved pets (no additional monthly charge with a non-refundable cleaning fee).
