We are two working professionals without pets. The house is located in a fantastic neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also conveniently close to a police station and just a short distance from UNLV.

All utilities are split evenly in thirds. The bathroom features a private sink for your use, with a shared shower. No pets currently live in the house and we are asking that potential tenants not have pets.
