I lived in a luxury apartment and want to again. It is much cheaper to rent a bed per person than a 1bed. If you make at least $ and would like to live in a $ a month luxury apartment, lets go in together. I did this in Los Angeles 8 minutes from the beach and it was a budget saver. We would pay $ each for rent and split the utilities . This will be ongoing, as we need to vet each other but a much better alternative to renting in this market.
