Hello, I’m renting 1 private bedroom and 1 private bathroom in a quiet safe neighborhood in the Rocklin area. The rent is $ a month with a $ deposit. The room is available immediately. A little bit about me. a year old male in a 3 year relationship. My girlfriend and son visit on weekends and I have a pound pit/boxer mix dog that is 8 years old and lives in the house. He is trained and very friendly! The rental agreement comes with a minimum 6 month lease. It comes with your own refrigerator/freezer, AC, heater, Internet, and cable. The room is NOT furnished.
