Looking for a roommate in Thornton

I am looking for a roommate for my townhouse ( bath) in Thornton (th and Steele) starting asap/ February. It is very close to the light rail/bus station which takes you straight to union station or DIA. It is midway between Denver downtown and Boulder. Prime area if you like to go out but also go hiking. The area is very safe with lots of options for grocery stores and gyms nearby. There is a nice running trail that connects to the Carpenter park lake. The outlet mall is mins away. The rate is $ which includes all utilities/wifi/ trash/water… You would get your own bathroom with a tub and garage parking. There is also additional storage space for your belongings. I prefer someone to do a year long ish lease. Looking for someone that is clean and mostly quiet. I have attached the Zillow pics so the furniture will be a bit different.
Me: I am in my mid s. I work as a Civil Engineer and love to go hiking or dancing in my free time. I would love a female roomie around the age who would like to be friends as well but no problem with someone who keeps to themselves.
