The house is 2800+ square feet and the room available is 14x11. The bathroom would be shared with another female tenant. The house does not have a pool but you would have access to all the pools in Cinco Ranch during summer months. One of these pools is within walking distance form the house The house is 2-3 minutes from the Westpark Tollway and Hwy 99/Grand Parkway. I am a teacher for Katy ISD. The only "child" I have is my dog who is an inside/outside pet. I would call myself a neat/clean roommate but not at an OCD level. I keep all the common areas neat and tidy. I live a drama free life and hope to keep it that way. I am looking for a non-smoking professional with similar habits. Females only please.
