It is located in The Polo Club, a secure condominium very close to the University of Manitoba (5 min walk to bus stops , and that go directly to UofM!. It’s a min walk from Pembina, where you can find Starbucks, Shoppers, Pembina Trail Library, 7/Eleven, Scotiabank, CIBC, and BLUE Downtown bus stops, so you are connected to the whole city!. The condo offers an external pool for summer and you can request parking space as well. Both me and my roommate are students at U of M, so we are preferably looking for another student who needs to move URGENTLY IN FEBRUARY . The room includes a bed, ceiling fan and lights measurable via remote control, window for greater ventilation. the apartment includes a fridge, dishwasher, storage space, laundry.
