1 bedroom in a 3 bed 2 bath house

Description

I am moving to central California to pursue my career goals and as such there will be a room available in a 3 bedroom house near CSULB. The total rent for the house is 2500 and the room for rent is 700, it is the smallest of the three rooms and shares a bathroom.
Living in the house are two males, Chris 28 and Will 29. You will be sharing a bathroom with Chris. Chris works in IT for a software company, is clean, a Patriots fan and pretty much never cooks. Will works in parking and has two female Salukis, Napa 2 years old, and Zabee 9 Years old. The dogs are very well behaved and when he is not home they are kept separate from the rest of the house in the dog run.

The house has an amazing backyard that is perfect for hosting BBQs or other events. We usually just grill out in the backyard, it is rare that we have a big event, but in the event that we do it is perfect. The house has Central AC and Heat, FIOS, and Dish.
