It’s a nice guest room in my house with a pleasant view through the window, and will be available fully furnished in February. House is a new built and a fully detached house with front and back yard. House is 3 minutes walk to Aldi, Farm foods , Costa coffee, Iceland, Wickes and B&M. A minutes bus ride to city centre. I am moving to Newcastle by the end of January. I want to share the house with a responsible and friendly female lodger. There are no pets so far in the house, and two reception rooms and three bathrooms including the cloak room downstairs. The lodger will have full access to a high speed internet. I prefer halal,kosher and vegetarian food and no pork meat at all. There’s parking available and some storage in the garage.
