Room for rent for a single personn

Description

We are a quiet couple in our ’s renting a room month to month. Room is on first floor with a half bath, shared shower on 2nd floor. We are looking for a quiet, respectful, responsible, and clean individual. First months rent and deposit due at time of occupancy. We are close to Pfizer and Electric Boat Company, tenant has use of kitchen, washer and dryer, den and dining room. Pics can be sent upon request.
