Looking for roommate in Carlsbad

I'm looking for a roommate to move in to a two bedroom two bath around January 1st.

The apartment is in Rising Glen Apartments. It's the near the village and the beach. The unit is unremodeled. Rent is $785 each. Other bills would be around $140 ish each. Unremodeled units have AC, which is amazing during those rare summer days. Stackable w/d in unit.
Deposit will be last months rent. It can be paid over time and it will be used as your last months rent minus any repairs to damage but hopefully there's none.

The bathroom is furnished and the room has pictures hanging on the wall and wardrobe in it. Any or all these things can go if you have your own things. The rest of the house is completely furnished.

About me: I'm 31. I work in the legal field. Monday - Friday I'm a saint. Up at 5. At the gym at 530. To work by 8. Home by 5-6. Cook dinner, watch football and in the off season I enjoy some bad TV like the Voice and Scandal and I'm in bed by 10. On the weekends, on the other hand, I love to hang with friends, have a good time, go out, enjoy cocktails, etc., but I do my best to keep it away from my home unless it's a pre-planned party or just my best friend coming over for wine. I live a healthy and active lifestyle, but I also love my cheat days.

I am extremely tidy (it's the German in me). Clutter is not my thing. I am very respectful when it comes to common areas. I always pick up after myself.

I have two small dogs. Both under 15 pounds and extremely sweet and loving.

What I'm looking for:

Young professional, similar lifestyle (active, clean, loves animals, but doesn't have any - working out/likes to eat healthy a plus), financially stable, low key, drama free, chill M-F and after 10 pm and respectful of others.
