Need to hand over my lease

Description

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Verge apartment complex. It's part of a 3-bedroom unit and is fully furnished with its own attached bathroom and closet. The apartment also has its own washer and drier. It is on the third floor of building #6.

Rent is about $ a month, and that covers all of its utilities. Both of the other rooms are already occupied.

The lease lasts until August. The other two rooms are already occupied. I believe it has to be a man who takes over.
