Roomate wanted in Mesa Riverview

Description

Renting the master bedroom to a bath house in Mesa Riverview (near Tempe border). Master bedroom is tiled, twelve by sixteen feet, and has closet that runs full twelve foot length. Private bath, utilities, internet are included. Would ideally also include smaller carpeted room as office/studio space for additional. Private bathroom is attached to what I was previously using as an office/studio. Large grass backyard with covered patio. Laundry room, two fridges. I’m currently working in NM but come home every month or two for a weekend. My other roomate basically lives with his GF the vast majority of the time. He does run security and works nights. We both enjoy the outdoors
and camping, he likes video games and movies. Ideal roomate would be comfortable living alone majority
of the time. No pets
