Room for rent in large house

Description

For rent is a room in a large sq. ft. multi-story home in the Nampa historic district. Plenty of common space for activities or distance for peace and quiet. Current living situation: there is a lovely couple staying on the top floor, a single renter on the middle floor just off the kitchen, and me (owner) who stays in the furnished basement. The single renter is moving out in March. I am home maybe ~2 nights a week. The house itself is a home with a decent amount of space added on. Fenced in private backyard. Full kitchen. Idk, it's a room in a house. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Pics are from the zillow so things look a little different and the room isn't furnished.
