Renting a room in my two-story house, it's a bath in Eastern Ventura. It's about 5 minutes from both the freeway. The neighborhood is quiet with a walking/bike path right out the door that goes for a couple miles.
My girlfriend and I are in the master bedroom (s) and the other room is occupied by a female in her mid s. The bathroom is shared with the other tenant. We are all rock climbers - I've got a full power/squat rack inside with training equipment. There's a senior dog in the house and 3 cats.
The room will be available Jan 1.
