We are looking for a roommate to rent the room to. The bedroom has a window and decent sized closet. The bathroom is shared between two other rooms, however one of the roommates is rarely home during the month. Our home is a clean and smoking free home. No pets. All together with rent and utilities, including fast internet, is $. We currently have 3 roommates living in the house. All roommates keep shared areas including bathroonm tidy and clean and possible roommates are expected to follow this rule.
