$300 share private bedroom/bathroom

I am looking for someone who is willing to share a room with me at the apartment I am currently living at. I am sharing a room with a friend right now, but she is moving back to California by December 23rd. So you can move in as soon as December 23rd, maybe a few days earlier depending on when she moves. The rent is fairly cheap $300 for the shared bedroom with a private bathroom. Then about $45-$60 for utilities, which includes electricity, heating and internet.

I love where I live. Located on the west side of Flagstaff. It's a great apartment for students who are wanting to live off-campus! The city bus stops at the apartment complex to pick up students then goes to campus. It's also a non-smoking apartment complex. No additional charges for parking. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. This place is perfect! :D

My name is Amber. I am a full-time junior student with a part-time job. I just turned 23.
I am a pretty chill laid back kind of gal. I take school very seriously, but when I'm not schooling I do like to go out and have fun. I am responsible and clean.
