**Room Available for Rent at Campus Walk Condominiums (UofA)**

Hi! I’m Dayanara, a sophomore studying Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. I’m looking for a roommate or two for next semester (renewable month lease) and possibly next year.

I have a spacious room available at Campus Walk Condominiums that’s big enough for two people. The rent is $/month or $ per person, and the price includes water and internet. The room is fully furnished (as shown in photos), with all necessary furniture already included, TV and RO water dispenser included (no long walks for water! And it’s included in price).

Amenities:
- -minute walk to the Student Union
- 4-minute walk to Starbucks on University Blvd
- Bus station right outside the complex
- Night patrol for added security
- Pool, remodeled laundry room, study room, and new bike lockers

Additional Info:
- Gas and electricity are separate costs.
- Parking is not included, but Main Gate Garage is across the street.
