I bedroom available with your own bathroom available ASAP. Your portion of rent would be $750 but with cable, internet, electricity, water & trash it normally ends up being around $850 each month. I only have cable right now because my current roommate wants it but if you wanted to lower the cost I am willing to cancel that. The apartment is the largest 2/2 available at the complex. It's on the first floor right by the entrance so it's convenient to move on & carry in groceries- no need to try to put them on one hand!
