Hello! I have a room available in Apopka. This is a shared housing situation. There are rooms in the house total. Everyone shares the two bathrooms, the kitchen and the laundry room. The cost is $/week. It’s fully furnished with a comfy double bed, dresser, nightstand and lamp, desk and chair, mini fridge and TV. Everyone in the house is background checked so of course you would need to pass a background check too. I’m running a special now for $ off the first week’s rent. No pets, please!
