Amazing main floor apartment!

Description

I have just secured an incredible 2 bedroom main floor apartment in a house in a beautiful neighbourhood. Lots of character and lots of space. Both bedrooms are the same size and both have a walk out to a backyard and deck. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated by the architect who owns the building so it adds some spice to the place. The neighbourhood is very quiet and terrific for jogging (if you're into that).
