We’re looking for a roommate to join our home in the Brooklyn Park/Champlin area! The house is in a great neighborhood, just minutes away from several shops and restaurants. The room is available starting January/February and rent is $ + utilities. The lease runs from January/February- July st with the option to renew. The room is unfurnished, but the photo shows the exact space that would be yours!

We’re a group of four women, ages , who each have our own lives but love spending time together, whether it’s movie nights, hanging out, or just sharing a laugh. We’re hoping to find someone close in age who’s clean, social, and enjoys a good time. We also have a cleaner who comes once a month and are considering bumping it to twice a month!
