Hi! I’m renting a sunny unfurnished room + ensuite bathroom with shower and large closet in my lovely townhouse. I've added a $ EARLY BIRD special, if you sign/pay before the 3rd. The deposit will be $. The room is square feet, freshly painted blue, with a skylight that provides tons of natural light. All utilities and apps included, a parking space in my private garage, washer dryer, 6 pools and hot tubs and two tennis courts in the complex, central a/c and heat, a fireplace and a vintage grand Steinway. It's stories with the garage below.The first two levels and stairs have carpet, and upstairs bedrooms have synthetic wood floors with small carpet areas in the closet and bathroom. We only share the wall to our bathrooms. I never hear people staying in that room or the neighbors on either side. There also is a nice outdoor patio in the front with potted plants, bougainvillea trees, a picnic table and tea lights.
The condo complex (Studio Village) is very well kept and one of the most desirable properties in the area. It’s residential but around the corner from the Studios and a mile away from Tujunga Village, Trader Joe’s, CVS, numerous bars, restaurants, nail salons, shops etc. on and along Ventura and Laurel Canyon Blvd. This area of Ventura is known as Sushi Row, the highest concentration of sushi spots in the US, second to Tokyo worldwide.
