Great home in a quiet neighborhood in south Fort Collins. Easy access to College Ave, only a minute drive to CSU and Oldtown. minute drive south to Loveland. Great location for anyone who would appreciate access to either city.

Shared spaces include a bathroom, a huge living room, and a storage room in the basement. The kitchen and dining room spaces are upstairs. There's also a large fenced backyard, overhead patio, and a hot tub.

I am a fairly quiet, laid back person. I work from home so not out of the house much unless I am out and about with my year boys who live here part time. Both are great kids (I'm obviously biased!) and equal parts chill and energetic. I enjoy backpacking and board games. Naturally an introvert, I do creating community and will occasionally host board game nights or barbecues.
