Roommate wanted as soon as

Hello, my girlfriend () are looking for a roommate (no couples) for our Tigard apartment, which is located directly across from Washington Square Mall. The apartment is BA, and approximately sqft. The landlord will require an application fee ($) and background check. We require a $ deposit as well. We are asking $ per month for rent, which includes all utilities, and some consumables such as paper towel, toilet paper etc. We are looking for someone that is respectful and tidy. I do all the deep cleaning in the common areas weekly, but we would appreciate someone that keeps their stuff in the drawers and cabinets, cleans up messes after cooking, wipes up any messes, puts their dishes in the dishwasher, removes their shoes, etc. Additionally, there is in unit washer and dryer. The entire apartment (outside of the room for rent) is completely furnished. We ask that there are no decorations or additional furniture outside of the room being rented. We have everything needed for cooking and eating (dishes, cookware, etc.) but if there is specific stuff you would like to bring, feel free. We ask that there are no parties, no smoking indoors, no couples, and no pets.
