Need roommate! CSU West town home

Great place to live! Place includes, In unit laundry, Large Kitchen, Large living room. 3 bathrooms (one downstairs and one for each bedroom), air conditioning, furnished, parking included right outside front door, storage room, porch area, great location right near in the middle of CSU west on shields and Elizabeth (food places and CSU a walk away!). I’ve decorated the place really nicely with a record player, video game collection, and other sorts of decor but I welcome any other sort of decorations as well. As for me, I’d say I’m a friendly roommate who is easy going and forgiving, but also likes to play music in the living room and have fun. The complex has a gym and hot tub area as well. The higher-ish rent cost is worth it in so many ways and I’d love to meet you if you think this place could be for you. Thanks! Here is my number for any questions you may have
