Room available for rent $800/mon

My apartment is a 2bd 2bth located in Buckhead. Rent is $700/mon plus utilities are another $100. Location couldn't get any better, only 10 minutes from Buckhead bars and 5 minutes from Midtown. I have a average size bedroom with walk-in closest and its own bathroom available. The apartment is furnished besides the available room shown in the pictures, which is now empty, but I am not opposed to someone wanting to add some things to the common areas. I want my home to feel like your own. 420 friendly preferred but not a must. Pets are welcome but must be discussed first and HAS to be housetrained. My kitten Omi is really chill and loves other animals and people. I work all week and also weekends so I am gone a lot. My apartment is welcome to guest but I do like to be there to escape from the commotion of the city so please no college frat house. I'm super down to earth easy going person that would love to share my apartment with you so if your interested please contact me ASAP!!
